Push Back Racking To Facilitate New Production Line

Thistle Systems used the principles of their Max the Cube approach to design a push back racking system which could accommodate 108 pallet positions in just 59sq metres.  Thistle designed the push back racking system to be 3 pallets deep, 3 pallets high and 12 pallets wide with anti-collapse mesh to prevent products from falling.

Thistle customised their unique cart system to accommodate both the UK and American pallets to ensure a flexible solution.

The client was also keen to minimise damage to their investment with rack protection installed throughout, featuring upright protectors, barriers to end panels and FLT floor stops to prevent the fork lift truck from colliding with the racking.
